You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Users under 18 should use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, in line with applicable law.
GrabbleNotes sells digital exam preparation notes for NEET and Pharmacy courses (D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm). Products are delivered electronically (e.g. as downloadable PDFs or access links) — no physical shipment is involved unless explicitly stated on a product page.
Product descriptions, previews, and sample pages are provided for reference; while we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content will be completely free of errors or omissions, and notes are intended as a supplementary study aid rather than a sole source of preparation.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. Payment must be completed in full before digital access is granted.
We reserve the right to change prices for any product at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, refund eligibility is limited. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details on when refunds may be requested and how to raise a request.
All notes, text, graphics, logos, and other content on GrabbleNotes are the property of GrabbleNotes or its content contributors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license to access and use that content for your own exam preparation. You may not:

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems, uploading malicious code, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with other users' access to the Service.
The Service and all Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date with current syllabi, GrabbleNotes makes no warranty that the notes guarantee any particular exam result or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrabbleNotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or Products, including exam performance or outcomes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
